The tomato pulp is a tomato preserve that has been cut into small pieces and steamed to preserve their flavor and texture. It is often used as a base for sauces, sauces and tomato dishes.

The entire range of pastas, peeled meatballs and tomatoes is produced using the best tomatoes from the fields of different Italian regions (mainly: Emilia Romagna, Puglia, Basilicata and Campania), harvested at the right degree of ripeness, processed immediately after collection and checked during processing.
The tomatoes are of Italian origin from integrated production and obtained from non-GMO raw materials, as per regional regulations for integrated production (Regional Law Emilia Romagna No. 28/99 and Reg. 1829 and 1830/03/EC and s. m.). Allergens are absent (in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 114 of 08/02/06, Directive 2006/142/EC and Reg. EU 1169/2011).
